A teammate of mine found this super cute project to do with the book Miss Nelson is Missing via this link! And I found a way to tie in shapes...not sure if that was the plan all along, but it was a great culminating activity for all we learned about shapes last week.

BTW, ever hear of Kinder Lit? My sister has shared what a remarkable resource these books can be for your thematic units. Can't say enough about how great the fine motor activities were for my Kinders this week when doing their Shapes, Shapes, Shapes book. Worth checking out, for sure!
